Sailing out to sea, watching the sun set over the Baluran Volcano on the island of Java, is an unforgettable event. Enjoy the elegance of our service as you dine under the Balinese heaven. As the sky becomes darker, myriads of light dotted against the black backdrop of the mountains of Java and Bali, millions of stars appear on the deep blue night sky. Enjoy your Balinese ‘Rijsstafel’ dinner by either sitting in the traditional Indonesian manner on the upper deck or served on the tables in the lower deck accompanied by our house guitarists.  After a delightful meal, enjoy the gentle ocean breezes and the fragrance of tropical flowers as you sail back to the resort.
