Departure from the hotel at 8.00 am Explore very natural plantation of tropical plants in the Village of
Sembiran, a traditional village well known for its sacred Baris Dance
besides its beautiful trekking area. Your trek will begin under the shades
of lush heterogeneous evergreen plantation and welcoming by the singings
of jungle fowls and birds. Walk through the plantation of coconut, banana,
palm trees and many others tropical plant. Slowly, trekking up to sudden
lava rock slopes viewing dry terraced field, green hill and the nice view
of the ocean at distance. On the way, observing the local people making
coconut oil and the famous Balinese palm brandy. Watch the making process
of brown sugar and give you a chance to boiled cassava with the brown
sugar at yourself for your refreshment. These typical Balinese cakes were
very delicious accompanied by a cup of Balinese coffee or tea. Your trek
end at the lunchtime at a garden restaurant overlooking the ocean.
